In my option , its always better to do a clean install, I check with your client and see if the data is important enough, then if it is, try an upgrade.

I am upgrading my neighbors PC from Vista 32bit to Windows 7 Premium 32bit. The Vista install is about 3 year old. Should I do a upgrade or a clean install?

I know that a clean install will give a better starting point for my neighbor, but I don't want to spend hours backing up data that may just get erased once we get 7 up and running. I see the pros and cons of both, but don't really know what will be easier for both parties?

If your having problems seeing the video , try upgrading to Flash Player 10 and Enabiling script in your browser , other wise leave a coment , thank you
